Potential Therapeutic Biomolecules Of Hymenopteran Venom Against SARS-Cov-2 From Egyptian Patients

Nature Scientific Reports

This study examines therapeutic potential of insect-derived bioactive molecules as anti-SARS-CoV-2 agents. It assesses hymenopteran venoms, notably from Apis mellifera(honeybee) and Vespa orientalis (oriental wasp), for the first time in an in vitro setting for their potential anti-COVID-19 activity.
